Hey guys my name is Sean. I'm from Maine born and raised. I just bought my first electric smoker a masterbuilt 30" analog, Didn't want to spend a lot getting started. I've had a few runs with the smoker with good results but need some improvements. I'm a weekend warrior that loves cooking for friends and family. I use it almost every weekend. I've become obsessed with this hobby and can't wait to get into doing something other than ribs and chicken. Thanks for having me and look forward to getting to know you guys.
