Howdy Y'all, I'm Jeff from the small town of Wills Point Texas located about 70 miles east of Dallas and NO I'm not cowboys fan.

I smoke on Masterbuilt 30 electric smoker after many years of charcoal and wood smoker's. Just got tired of the hassle of tending to the smoker and not enjoying my time outdoors. I love to do chicken, ribs and briskets plus a wide verity of vegetables. Thanks again.
