All,

I have been a long time consumer of this community but figured it was time to start contributing.

I am using a MES 40 no fancy after market smoke amplifiers or anything.

I have done several Turkeys, Butts, and Briskets.

This was one of the most helpful post when I was getting started: http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/130900/q-view-my-first-smoked-turkey-mes-40. Talk about an amazing Turkey!

Here is my 1st post about a brisket I did the other night!

Thanks!

Adam
