Thankful that smoking Pork Loins are a forgiving meat to smoke.

Actually, we're thankful for so many things but we're glad Pork loins are not too hard to cook.

Put these in the smoker with applewood chunks at 275 degrees for 1 Hr 25 mins (got distracted)

One with olive oil and a rub, and the other was just olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Checked with the inkbird they were 165 IT - which as I read on here is a little high. Pulled them out and they were still really good.

Next time I will start checking at 1 hr. or before. They were a total weight of 2.5 lbs.

Happy Smoking to you..Campfirestu

Eh learning curve. If you didn't feed the dog all is well?
Appears they are are tenderloins and not loins.
I have never smoked/cooked a tenderloin.
