Made 10 LBS of chorizo yesterday and 10 LBS of hot links smoked the links todaytoday ,finished in hot water bath

Awesome ! Love the cut pic with the mustard . I like to leave some un-smoked ( with the cure added ) and grill 'em .

Thx for looking. . They turned out good . gonna leave some fresh next time too. .Also , may stuff some in 21mm casings for snacksticks
