Pierogies

Hi all,
I made this the other day.

Store bought potato and cheddar pierogies. These were the Mrs. T's brand.
I used a few links of the hot sausage I made.
Cooked the sausage until pink. Sliced. Then put back in the pan with butter and a sliced onion.
Cooked into sausage was done. And onions softened and had a touch of brown.
Mixed with the pierogies. Added a good hit of pepper.
Simple and really tasty meal!

Nice Steve , thats how I like mine also.

Have not had pierogies for a while. Have to pick some up.

Looks good Steve. We do sausage & pierogies pretty often around here.
