Just a quick pork chop last night.
Marinated for about an hour ,patted dry and seasoned with sweet chilli.

Flipped a few times brushing with the teriyaki.
They were looking really good. Took them off when they hit 140° and let them rest.

Sliced thin and topped with some toasted sesame seeds and cilantro.

That looks amazing. I'm copying this!

Thanks Dave! Try it out! I will say after eating half way through it I thought it could use a little more kick. Some red pepper flakes would have been nice.

Those chops look beautiful Travis!! Perfect grill marks and a gorgeous glaze. Those are right up my alley sir.

Thanks JJ! It does go well with just about any protein and all kinds of veggies. I need to use that flavor more often. Would rather make my own th next time though.

Homemade is easy and can be tailored to your taste...JJ

Thanks chopsaw! Last time I did flanks with it I pre cooked some veggies to soften them a bit then rolled them up in portions of the flank. It was awesome. And easy too. This was thin sliced ribeye but it gives you the idea of what I'm talking about.
