Morning. Hope everyone is well. Here comes another Blackstone post lol. I'm really liking all the possibilities with this thing.

I picked up some ribeye steaks yesterday and had my butcher shave them up for cheesesteaks. Also got a beef tenderloin for cheap cheap but that's for steaks and future meals.

Marinated some thin sliced onions and portobello mushrooms with olive oil and this seasoning. It's pretty good

Got everything outside and ready to go while the Blackstone heated up

Onions and shrooms on the griddle

Got those cooked down for a few minutes and added the ribeye
20200417_190347.jpg

Hit it with some Lawrys seasoning salt and got to cooking
20200417_190757.jpg

After all the pink was out I mixed inthe caramelized onions and shrooms and let the flavors mix for a few minutes
20200417_191759.jpg

Next portioned the steaks to get ready for a provolone bath
20200417_192843.jpg

3 slices provolone each and put bread on griddle to heat

Closed down the lid to melt cheese faster. Few seconds then added everything to the rolls
