I agree I like my old fashions and cervazas plus not fan of watching constantly because it makes me hungry and want to hurry it up. Not good

Old Fashioned Drinker huh?  Love them.....and Manhattan's but my GO TO drink is the Negroni.  I barrel age Negronis and Manhattans

Not many know what an old fashion is... ask for for down south and get weird look... Manhattan is a solid sipper and I do bad with that...might drink them to fast for my own good.

I have 5 Liters of Manhattan's aging in an oak barrel right now

   I age them for 6-7 weeks then bottle them up mmmmmmm good
