Hello to all you Low and Slow Cookers! I am looking forward to learning from you all. I am a true smoking newbie. I have been grilling and attempting to barbecue on a cheap gas grill and Weber kettle for a few years. I am now looking into building my first UDS and would appreciate your advice. I have found that there are a ton of plans out there. I have never welded a day in my life, so I look forward to finding a favorite no-weld plan(s) of yours. Thank you.
