For 3 weeks now we have had our PA born Calif Army based grandbrats with us. Last week while at Sams the oldest says oh look pork roll. We not ate that since leaving PA. Grammy said we dont buy it because grampy dont like. Ok ok ya Pennsylvanians. So we bought it and there its been in the fridge un touched.

Ok so tomorrow y'all are eating grilled pork roll burgers. Will i try it? Maybe if i have a few shots.

Here is Taylor pork roll for y'all that never seen it.

You do have to cook this. I cut one of the 1/4 chubs in slices for them.

Double vac sealed and heading to the deep freeze.

N, looks tasty and clogging of the arteries maybe a possibility? :)

Non-NJ and PA people will never know the love of pork roll, and NO it's not Taylor Ham!  (inside joke).
I agree completely, it's great stuff when enjoyed in moderation, as I imagine it's the equivalent to putting a cement IV pick straight into your heart.  That's a lot of pork roll!

As a PA boy that has extended family in Philly and goes to the beach in south Jersey, really give pork roll a try. Get it slightly browned fried in butter and put a slice of cheese and mustard and you're in heaven!!![emoji]128515[/emoji][emoji]127828[/emoji][emoji]128515[/emoji]

Yup.. We need a money shot. Cant be any worse than a fried baloney sandwich!

Awesome, I prefer the Taylor pork roll, it has a bit more of a bite than the Trenton, (made by the same company) , now Case on the other hand, I stay away from.

Sous Vide it for 24 hours. Tastes like chicken.
