Nice! I got one like that. After I sharpened the cutters. It works ok. The one I got cost half as much. But not nearly as beefy looking. I like yours much more.

Seems to work pretty good. Blades are sharp. I ran some carrots through the 1/4” plate.

Went through those pretty darn good!

The small plate works great for chopping onions. Actually either plate works well, but I like a smaller dice...

We bought a Vevor vertical tater slicer.

Works great and you don't have to hang on to the slicer when you're using it.

Not for just potatoes either....I use one to bulk chop onions to freeze. And bulk chop bell peppers from the garden to freeze...

Yeah. I have one of these too. It's a beast.
