Hey, Just found out about the site at a USF football tailgate (Go Bulls!).  Buying a smoker (Master Forge) and LP grill today (Charbroil).  Smoking bacon will be my first test today, my Daughter (Chef) says to get a pork belly, looking on this site for a recipe today.  Thanks for setting up the site.  Been BBQing and smokin for a looooong time.
