This will be my 3rd time doing this
In order to make tons of bbq and not go broke!
I been selling pork shoulders !
I started out barley breaking even charging basically what I payed for them but now I got smart.... I'm charging 25$ each (double)
So I'll be making a little scratch.
Hears the start I'll be updating as the cook goes on
I'm going to let them rest till early Sunday morn

To who are you selling them too? Friends? Family?

Just asking as I now own a mother of a smoker/slow cooker and I can cook up to 364lbs at time and would like to make a little extra scratch? More or less just looking for ideas?

I cook for friends, and family.
I always post pictures of all my cooks on Facebook, I've shared plenty with coworkers and friends, so I started offering to throw extra on if they pay me.
I truly love it! The more meat and Experience the better!
