Supply Depletion

So i'm getting low on my sausage supply and my venison.

I get this call lastnight asking me if i have time to make venison sticks, SS and jerky. Said not this week cuz holiday and im going to NC again on Sat.

He said ok thats even better cuz i have 200lbs of venison hanging in the walk in. I will split it with you if you gimme a break on the  $. Dont have to ask me twice.

So Mon/Tues is venison time.
