LOL! In the middle of a work stretch. Left the wife a card and her favorite candy on the counter next to the coffee maker. We are going for a overniter next weekend to see a friend. So that will be our Valentines celebration.

Taking my better half to a steakhouse for fillet mignon.

Will not go out to eat on V-Day, been there, done that. Reservations don't mean a thing on this day. Did grab flowers from a local shop...as everything else costs way up, bouquets started at $70 can't imagine what a dozen roses would have cost. Oh and for food, left over pulled pork and keto beans, wife definitely won't mind another meal of that.

We went to dinner and saw a musical Saturday night to celebrate her birthday. Didn't even realize it was Valentine's weekend until we saw the specials menu. We decided that it counted as celebrating both.

We had planes to go out . BUT of coarse today another snow storm , schools shut down ,
roads suck. started for work not real bad, but bad enough. And snow not ending until tonight.

So I making something at home . And go out later in the week

She loves most seafood, but loves crab legs and scallops as does our daughter and her family, my mother-in-law, and our best friends. So it may be a seafood dinner tonight, but I had other plans that involved fire and smoke...

My wife always loved Sharis Berries for V day. Now that we do keto I make her my own version of them using Lily’s sugar free chocolate. Was in a hurry between calls today so not quite as decorative as usual but her and her work friends will still murder them lol.

Our 18th was this Sunday,the 1-3 inches of snow ended up being about a foot.We counted Friday night's Ghost/Volbeat concert as anniversary night and just hung out nice and toasty in the house yesterday.

Sheesh...I thought grilling Tracy's beloved rib eye cap steaks on the new grill I just finished building would be a ice gesture. Now I see all this stuff, especially Jeff's, and mine pales by comparison.
