Bought these tenderloins on sale during the week and decided to warm them up.
Used Meat Church honey Hog on 1 and MC Holy Cow on mine for a nice bark.
Smoked @ 250 till around 120 IT.
Cranked up the MBGF 1050 to 650° and a quick sear on each side till it hit 140 IT.
No plates shots as the granddaughter was hangry lol. Sliced up , bunned up with some Dukes and served with some french fried taters. It was enjoyed by all !

Also made Jeff's Peach Dump Cake and man it was devoured! Followed the recipe to a T and will definitely do it again this weekend

Thanks KC turned out pretty tasty for a lazy Sunday cook.
But nothing like you and David are doing ....man I wish I had those skills !

I didn't really get into tenderloins until recently.. followed a recipe form WaterRat WaterRat and I was hooked on them! Keep up the great work!

Thanks Chris we love them too and so many options with them. Recently did a bacon wrapped medallion cook I need to post.
