Decided to throw some ribs on the smoker. I haven't smoked some this winter yet.
Smoked for about 5 1/2 hours between 225-250. It was hard to keep the temp right because of the weather. Stayed mostly 230ish. My coals burnt out 4 hours in and that was the first time that has happened to me.
The last 45 mins I let the temp rise because I was done waiting 😖
Still turned out good.
