Sunday Smoke Rolling!

Another Sunday Family Supper happening today.
Up on the menu is 4 racks of Spares. 3 racks on the right I'm using Jeff's Naked Rib Rub. The rack on the left I'm using a Chipotle version of Jeff's Naked Rub.
Sides are Wicked Baked Beans and Bacon Mac & Cheese!

Stumbled upon using rotini for Mac & cheese by accident. And yes, they hold the sauce better then the elbow macaroni.
