Just got these 2 nestled in the my WSM for the day.  Currently running at 230 deg and holding with apple wood chunks.  Will get some more follow up pictures later.

I just picked up a new WSM and noticed it looks like you tin foiled the water pan.  I was just wondering the reason you did that. Thanks!

The water bowl is tinfoiled to make clean up easier. Just replace the foil instead of scrubbing the mess out. I personally fill my waterbowl with sand and place a terra pot on top wrapped in foil. It's all a personal preference.
 
Always used water helps keep moisture up.
I find the bottom of the water pan gets dirtier
