Started at 3pm. Trimmed up 2 6lbers and have an goin. Crappy little smoker I gotbut I've made some mods and can get it done. One I put my homemade rub on with mustard as slather. 2nd I did maple syrup/vanilla honey/spicy peach rub. Wish me luck. I've been doing 3-1-1 method or no foil depending how in feeling. Been a lurker on forum for a while but figured I'd post. Also got a 8.5lb brisket for next weekend.
 
A little tough but not dry. Pulled about 45 to hour earlier than I wanted but it was getting late
