I had to do a new thread about my omelette. Not enough room for pics in the other thread.
Anyway today I woke up and thought about what to have for breakfast... why not a csr omelette?!
So... got out 4 eggs, cheddar cheese, an onion, a bell pepper,a jalapeno (gotta have some heat) and some leftover csr.
Sweated the onion and peppers and then threw in the csr. You know the rest.
Tasted great smokey, spicy, and a litte sweet from the bell peppers.
