Well Sunday was to be my fun day everything was going fine. Plan was to make burgers for lunch and kebabs and philly SBT's for dinner,lunch worked out fine I had sliders on mini croissants and a bacon ceaser salad and the wife just had a pattie and salad.
Dinner plans fell through as I was trying to clean up the garage a bit and talked to a friend I dropped off a wine barrel to so it was dinner tonight. I marinated the beef in Italian dressing just peppers and onions as I forgot to add mushrooms. The SBT's I chopped up onion and mushrooms cooked the sliced beef mixed with cream cheese and four cheddar blend we decided to not add bacon to keep the calories down.
