Sunday Football Cook

I smoke quite often but never have posted any food porn for you all....I smoke mainly in a modified Smoke Hollow...I have also modified my grill for (quick smokes) ....today is a couple racks of ribs for lunch and also a[ shoulder....ribs are for lunch...later this afternoon I have a sack of potatoes and will be making some fresh cut seasoned fries topped with pulled pork....I make my own rub and Sonora style sauce that I have developed.
