Oh, Yeah! Fantastic looking SS sausage! Never done SS before so should get closer to this point.... Maybe next month? Do you use pre-made seasoning blends or use your own?

Rick, did you ferment or ECA or ? I tried buttermilk powder and not a fan. Next run I am using active buttermilk and a small amount of sugar for mid level tang. Dare you to try SS with brat seasoning. My friend got me hooked on it.

Find good quality active buttermilk, works great
