Stuffed Pork Chops

Got these from a local butcher and put some avacado oil and S&P and smoked @270 or so for about 1hr

Came from the local butcher. It was like a normal bread stuffing. It was really tasty. My buddy just turned me on to this butcher.

Im really not a pork chop guy to be honest. We were supposed to do a rack of lamb but they were out. However I would do these any day of the week again.
