Hey All,

Doing stuffed peppers finished in the foodi. Lotta pics so be prepared. I think more tomato sauce was in order. I had left over filling so... yum...

Just the way I like them. Though. I put them in poblanos. Ann gets them in green peppers. Looks delicious!

Thanks turned out fantastic cheese top was a little meh but i think it was ok. Peppers are still a little crisp which I like. Not too crisp though. Did on bake roast function 300 degrees then bumped to 350 last 5 mins probably did like 40 mins total. Everything was pre cooked except the peppers
 
They sure look good to me, I like crispy peppers & a nice crust on the cheese. But like Steve we use poblano’s too. Just like the flavor better!

I'm with you on that. I don't care for soggy cooked green peppers. I don't like the texture.
 
Nice! Is that ketchup or taco sauce in last shot? We love stuffed peppers too. Maybe try some shred your own pepper-jack for you next cheese and mix in too? I always feel like the pre shredded comes out meh when cooked like this! Great work!
 
Looks great, I would chow down on that. Like Jed, I mix the cheese inside as well as on top. Also hot sauce throughout and habs or ghost mixed in as well.
