Stuffed MeatLoaf

Got one of my wifes things going.

Its like a stuffed square meatloaf fatty to me.

Cooked bacon

She makes a pocket in the meatloaf.

Adds bacon and cheese.

Puts a meat cover on it and pinches the sides.

Ok my way to cook in my MAK

Some Slap Ya Momma too. (Yes is did take the SYM out of the MAK)

350 With apple pellets.

Now thats something that I haven't tried yet but will soon. The wife love smoked meatloaf to. I looks like a meatloaf fattie to me.

Took about an hour and 18 min. Meat IT was 167, MAK i had set to 375.

I can control my MAK anywhere within 300'
