I had these flank steaks and was trying to figure out something to do with them... I made some stove top stuffing, sauteed some onions, mushrooms, pears and cranberries and mixed with it.  I flattened out the flank steak so I could stuff them and roll them up.

Here is the Q-View!

Hmmm, that looks really good from here.

That plate looks mighty tasty!

LOL---You guys are gonna think I'm nuts, but it might be from too much chainsaw carving in my past.

In that first picture, look at the front piece of meat, at about 1 3/4" from the left end, and 1/2" from the bottom.

I see an eye ball, complete with pupil, eyelid, & brow.

Sorry, I told you it's the chainsaw carving!

Yeah, I do see that!  The grain of meat is really similar to the grain in wood... LOL

Glad you guys like it!  It was really good!

Whewwww!

I'm glad I'm not the only one that can see that!

Mrs Bear used to just shake her head when I'd be driving, and I'd slow up looking at some big old tree, imagining what could be born from it.

I don't carve any more, but it's an old habit hard to shake!
