Stuffed burgers and ABTs

Grilked up some abts for apps while awaiting the stuffed burgers on the smoker. ABTS were just halved jalapeños with 50/50 cream cheese / 4 cheese mexican blend wrapped with bacon (obviously!!!) and a bit of rub.

While I was forming burgers my friend sliced up onions and peppers and sautéed (I guess that's not really sautéing but what the heck) them up on her grill with some mushrooms. Additional stuffing was procuitt (smoked, so not really procuitt but again so what ;) ) gouda cheese, and pepperoni marinara cheese (yes, you read that correctly, crazy huh?). The small regular burger was for the dog, Lola, she's a real sweetie. Plenty of beers to wash everything down and some fireworks after the sun went down. A relaxed but fun 4th. :)

Thanks, Chop. Super easy, about an hour 10 @300. Everyone said it was one of the best burgers they ever had.
