STPP additive

For those of you who use STPP, what's your "Go To" source?

I've been looking around and prices are all over the board. I've seen things from $50 for 20g to $25 for 2lbs.

Anyone have a good source for both price and quality?

I bought mine on amazon back before everything went crazy. I'm not sure about how things are now. I'd be interested in learning where people are buying it too

I bought Phos This! off Amazon. It's supposed to be the same as the old AmesPhos, which is no longer available.

I’ve been all over the board on STPP. Tried most of them. My best is 450 super phos from Butcher and Packer. Best Phosphate I have used for all applications.

I buy local from a butcher supply house. You might could inquire and purchase some online. They might ship it. Its 5# minimum last I bought some and it was $12.50 for that.

I stopped by the butcher supply shop today to buy some cure #1 and casings. I talked to th owner and he said he would sell STPP to you guys. 5# minimum. But the stuff lasts so you will have a lifetime supply for the amount used....unless you make a lot of sausage like I do.
