Now lets hear your leftover smoked butt stories with pics!!!

Thanks for all the ideas on this site!

I did see a few here make some on tortillas with like pickled red onion and guacamole.. etc.. I just normally use my frozen leftovers on a bun or bread as a fast sammich with like pork n beans and chips.. I'm boring like that. My sister I see had done some breakfast burritos with hers.

I don't normally have leftovers but on the rare occasion I like to use it in cheater chili instead of chicken. Makes the best chili meat. Works with brisket as well. Good stuff.

Yep I pull it out for a quick sammie, but I cheat, I nuke it.
I also use it for chili with leftover brisket & sloppy joe mix too.
The 3 of them together make some awesome chili!

We like making nachos or pizza with ours we usually dont get home real early at night so we try to do simpler meals during the week so for the pizzas we usually use pre made crust we really like the garlic flavored naan bread spread a little bbq sauce, some crumbled bacon, some crumbled blue cheese and top with mozzarella cheese and bake it for a bit

I've made a hash with it or mixed it in with scrambled eggs and hot sauce. Sorry no pics.

Leftover pulled pork and packaged red beans & rice is good for a quick weekday dinner. Not near as good as real homemade RB&R but not bad in a pinch.

We will use pulled pork leftovers in a hybrid Cuban crispy pork/Vaca Frita.

Take the pork and throw it into a skillet with olive oil, onions and sweet peppers. Cook the pork until crispy. Feel free to include pepper or garlic, etc “as needed”. When just about ready squeeze some fresh lime juice over the pan too.

While the pork is cooking we will make some black beans and rice. Plate these up and enjoy! I like to mix my plate together, my wife tends to eat each component separate.

(Not mine in the pic, though it looks the same)
