Had some NO SHOW guest so had to freeze some smoked pork butt....
Vacuum sealed leftovers in 1.5lb packages
Thawed in fridge(cut open first) then put on boiling water...
Got to temp 150F ish maybe higher..
picked my sauce
caramelized some onions
measured my portions (cant give out actual grams)
mixed and formed patty
toasted bun
By far the best eats in a while!
