Click for full sized pict, but it still don't do 'er justice...heh.

Well, I figgered with the "Your meat" idea, I'll need a shelf or two for every customer. This one has 14 shelves! Gotta run some 220VAC for the bad oscar too. Prolly do that tomarrow, after I come up with a caster system for it's 940 <EMPTY> lbs.

That is one bad looking meat locker. I would definitely have a junkyard dog chained to that cold one. If i ever brought one of those home... my wife would probably have me declared insane.

She tried, Rich. Hard. Vehemently. In the end, she was the insane one. But I still won... 'Cause I had to clean the heck outta the garage, and there's PLENTY of room. Plus, it'll replace the two half freezers have out there now.

Man, that's awesome, if you run it a about 35° just think how many beers that would hold, now that would be a picture

Congrats on your new toy.

Years ago some guy tried to sell us one of those for the meat cutting business. Guy told my Dad that "it would keep things frozen at around -10*". Dad's comment was "we gotta 30ftX30ft blast freezer that keeps things frozen at -35* (we were able to control the temp from 32* all the way down to -40*). Got anything that will top that?

Would have been nice to have if we sold meat retail, since we were doing mostly locker sales and custom jobs didn't have the need for one.
