Wasn't sure where to put this, so move if necessary.
While mixing up bbq sauce I got fed up trying to clean ketchup & molasses out of measuring cups. So I weighed them. Now I can add them straight from the bottle to the pan by re-zeroing my scale
Heinz ketchup 1 cup =275 grams
Brer Rabbit "Full Flavor" Molasses 1/4 cup = 90 grams
Hopefully others find this useful. If you know others add them.
