Stepping up...

Just purchased my first smoker. I'm excited to begin using it. I really want it to come out well because my wife is a bit sceptical. I'll probably take it easy at first (light smoke and/or charcoal) and working my way up. I have some experience on the grill and look forward to stepping up.

I live in AZ where it is almost always good to cook and eat outside. I purchased a Smoke Hollow Pro Series Smoker. I just seasoned it and it should be ready to go once I'm ready.
