Steel Wheel Smoker

Well here is my best rendition of an offset reverse flow smoker. Thanks to all of you for the inspiration and information! As these things have a tendency to do this build took on its own identity. I never imagined it would look like this. I started with a piece of pipe i found in our rack (I own a welding and fabricating company) from there i used the calculator to size the fire box, RF plate, stack, and vent holes. I used as much older rusty steel as i could find around the shop. The pipe is 3/8 thick and 20" diameter, the fire box is 1/4" plate.The wheels came off a 1930's orchard sprayer that sat around or shop for about 20 years.

Smoked 6 racks on Saturday, 4 baby back and 2 spare. Home grown pork i might ad. Sorry i didnt take many pictures but they turned out great.I was very pleased with my first smoke.
