These were "manager's specials",a choice ribeye and a choice flank.$8.99 and $7.99 /lb.

Spog and into the MES with Lumberjack char/hickory dust in the tube until 115 and then reverse seared on the Q1000 until medium rare.These were some of the best steaks I've had in years.Scary good.
