Fresh squeezed lemon juice. Seriously, it's amazing.
Yes. I go one step further, I will put lemon wedges on the grill when cooking meats and when grilling fish. The heat really wakes up the flavor of the lemons.
Horse radish coarse or creamy.
Mrs ~t~ will make a small amount of horseradish sauce on occasion.
I like chimichurri sauce with steak
Yeah, me too.

I like an aujus sometimes, or some 'cutting board dressing', where you smash some herbs and garlic in some olive oil on the cutting board, and serve the steak from there.

Well I don't hate any food except maybe chittlings aint never going to eat any after smelling them cooking , sometimes when the meat has no flavor or no moisture you have to do something or make chili lol add the sauce and move on

Nothing wrong with steak sauce if that's your thing. It doesn't mean you can't cook a steak or are trying to cover up flavor. I don't use it often but I do get a craving for it from time to time. Some of these guys posting about letting the beef flavor speak for itself will be the first folks to tell you pulled pork needs to have finishing sauce added to the whole batch. Do you and find out what works for you
Yup. You nailed it.
All comes down to personal preference....

I eat steak right of the grill, steak with just salt and pepper, horseradish, A1, worchestshire sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, melted butter....

No, adding additional condiments does not mean you can't cook a good steak.

Cook it and season them the way YOU like them.

Let others make their own choice.

When I use sauce on a steak it's usually A-1

I imagine London Pub is basically the same but the OG Brit stuff is called "HP".

Kinda on the same topic, I had a serious london broil phase and you guys might like that. Marinade it overnight half WS + lemon juice and some fresh black pepper. Broil in oven to no more than rare. Anymore more than than and it's ruined, flavor and texture. I am determined to try and get into medium territory with SV so the family will eat it but last run was a huge fail. I think I get really shorten the bath.
