Starting the weekend off with Turkey

In honor of Shelly and Debi's competition I plan to use my smoker all weekend to keep a steady stream of the thin blue stuff headed their way.

Tonight's smoke was turkey.

same here. tomorrow is beef ribs,gypc's italian sammie meat, & a 2lb rotel,cheese,mush spanish omelette stuffed fatty.

gypsy thanks for the reminder. Just sitting here getting ready to go to my son's soccer game and then smoke a brisket and pulled pork. I totally forgot to take the fatty out of the freezer.
