Hi, I'm a foodie from England who enjoys cooking and who's just got a ProQ smoke generator for Christmas. My knowledge is basically what I gleaned from the book it came with and I'm looking forward to trying quite a few things - especially things that I can incorporate into my cooking e.g smoked peppers, goats cheese, etc and also try smoking some of the trout that I occasionally catch.
