Do my first real smoke with the smoker in it’s new home. Prepared a couple pork butts, couple of flat cut briskets and 3 slabs of baby backs. The butts and briskets went on at 8:00 with the ribs going on later.

It is nice to be under cover while smoking..:)

Looks like you're off to a great start. What time should I arrive for the party? Nice job on the covered area. Sooo jealous of you right now. Been raining lightly most of the morning and I need to get this brisket  on. MES doesn't like to play in the rain too much.

Good looking start and nice Q-Bana....I too am jealous. I've been wanting one here:

for 3 yrs. All I need is a nice Pad... the top is no problem.

It was a good day, the pulled pork came out very well, the brisket was good not the best ever but cooked crazy quick, the ribs were very good moist and tender but held together.

By surprise had a few people come out for a quick dinner, amazing how that happens.
