I will by trying them out for sure. This woodwind has made smoking a little to easy. With my WSM I would only do a smoke 1-2 times per month and now I am doing something 1-2 times per week.

I hear ya. Ive been rolling on my Cabelas MES40 with the AMNPS for the last month or so barely have to touch the thing compared to my other rigs. If it wasn't for damn work getting in the way 5 days a week I would probably get to smoke a lot more!
 
Great looking ribs and meal, Have not tried the st. louis cut ribs yet. I like the idea of the corn, definitely going to try that one. Good job and congrats on the carousel ride...
