hi all..

i need some assistance.. for father's day tomorrow i'm in the process of smoking a full brisket and then i'll put on some ribs for dinner tomorrow ..so the last 3 times i've done ribs..they've come out delicious but they are basically falling of the bone ..i'm doing basically 2 hours with just a dry rub the next 2 hours i've put brown sugar on them with a spray of apple juice & rum ...and the last hour i'll apply my BBQ sauce on them....like i said they taste good just trying to have them stay on the bone ..any suggestion would be greatly appreciated ..

Cut your cook time 30 to 60 minutes. I will do 4 hours at 275°. They are tender but bite off...JJ
