Howdy from Canada everyone !
My name is Ryan, from Campbell River, BC, the salmon capital of the world !(that's up for dispute at the moment, though) I own a machine shop, and have been working in that trade since 1995 or so. I am an avid hunter, so many of my posts will be pertaining to game meat, weather it be venison, moose, elk, grouse, or what have you.
I have had a Big Chief forever, and only ever smoked salmon on it, but I just bought myself a birthday present, a 6 rack Bradley Digital with cold smoke adapter.
I have been lurking here for the past couple of weeks, and I have to give some huge credit to folks like Bearcarver, Dirtsailor, Big Al, Mr.T, and others whose names escape me at the moment. The amount of information contained in their posts is absolutely phenomenal. Hopefully, I can get some Q-view happening, and they can see the 'fruits of their labours'
I'm sure I will have some questions, and I know you all will have answers. I very much appreciate this forum, and hopefully I can contribute in a positive way.
Cheers
Ryan
