Rubbed down with a Sriracha Compound Butter and covered with Sriracha Powder and Italian Dressing Mix. Smoked at 250 for 2 hours then 325 for 1 hour and 20 min. i forgot to put the beans in until the last hour, but they were fine. I’m becoming a big fan of the Sriracha Powder.

That is picture perfect. Does the heat in the Sriracha mellow when barbecuing, you know.... similar to how the flavor of jalapeno or garlic changes.
