SRF TriTip with wings and sides

I received a package a few weeks ago from a good friend containing a couple SRF wagyu TriTips. After a long week at work this week I decided today would be a good day to thaw one out. I seasoned it with garlic paste and then my beef rub. I also decided I’d add a few wings seasoned with a new wing seasoning I found awhile back and farm dust. The other wings were seasoned with my rub. For sides I smoked a few stuffed mushrooms and some green squash. Daughter tossed some fries in the oven. My family was happy with the turnout.

Unless someone ransacked the refrigerator there should be a couple slices left. You are welcome to stop by and try it if you’d like. The garlic paste I applied before seasoning really adds some good flavor.
