Looks JUST like my list! If it doesn't have fat on it and have been sprinkled with salt; why bother??? As per "soul food" I cook my greens in bacon fat and or pour over browned butter. I often add smoked bacon fat to a plain garden salad. I might die young but I'm gonna have some FANTASTIC meals before I go! Just as an aside; I'm not giving up chewing tobacco or beer either! The doc got me off white bread onto something with more seeds and twigs than ought to be legal, but, I make up for it with lots of BACON between toasted slices.
