I thought you folks might enjoy this photo. It was taken with a wildlife camera on the back of our property. We see deer and plenty of wild turkey. But seeing a bobcat getting its breakfast is unusual.

My aunt Kate use to fry them and serve em with gravy for breakfast! bLooks like a red so that's one less headache you need to worry about. Those things destroy way to many thing and chew through things they shouldn't be in.
Yup Gary... My bet is that the squirrel is fertilizer by now!
Great photo. Bobcat 1 Squirrel 0

Yeah... Just like cottontails. Squrrels are best harvested in fall / winter. I don't think the cat cared though... LOLWell my cousin sent me pic today of one and I said "is it on the smoker" he laughed and I'd agree not sure it would be good in june.
rmfao! Nope I don't think so! Cold weather is good!Yeah... Just like cottontails. Squrrels are best harvested in fall / winter. I don't think the cat cared though... LOL
NO FAIR!!! I was really looking forward to seeing a squirrel omelet or squirrel gravy and biscuits.
Great photo but I'm still disappointed.
Looks like dinner to me!
Here is probably what really happened LOL
AK... If that cat comes in the house I'll be exiting out the backdoor!
At least that cat didn't bring it in the house, unlike what mine did.
