No pics but I scored a rack of back ribs that look like pork chops. Seasoned with Montreal Steak and on to the Camp Chef PG 24. They are now wrapped with butter and sparkling apple juice cause that is all I had. I am really looking forward to these.

Well, they are really good but my age is showing a bit. After an afternoon on my back yard kitchen and bending and twisting, My back is talking to me like a nagging wife. But, that is what I get for lasting 80 years. I am, however, going to do my best to make it to 150.
