Spring Tension Griddle

Found one of these on sale and couldn't resist. So far the only thing I've cooked in it is chicken nuggets in our air fryer. Anyone else have any ideas of cool ways to use it? Tonight I'm going play with a couple steaks in it on the kamado. It would be neat if I could get that spring shape to put grill marks on the steaks. New toys are fun.

Try smoke cocktails, cheese, vegetables, meat, seafood, nuts, and seeds.

When I get my one, I tried to get the spring shape to put grill marks on steaks :D
